From day one, we have always said (at the bare minimum) that Thrive is a company of “top-producing, full-time real estate Advisors that are dedicated to growth and excellence”.

This is not just lip service to sound good to prospective clients and agents we want to hire. We say it because we believe to our core, that to truly live out our mission, vision, and values, we have standards that are clear, achievable, supported, and held to account.

It’s the reputation we’ve built, and plan to keep.

Here is what “top-producing, “full-time” means at Thrive:

  • Sidelines: no side hustles, other jobs, supporting income unless it is 100% passive.

  • Build: we're hiring you to help us build Thrive. That takes proactive engagement, volunteer work, and a lot of intention with both your hands and your heart. We like to say it this way: “No passengers, only crew. No tourists, only residents.”

  • Engage: be "all in". This means that if there's nothing to do, you quite literally create more work for yourself. Study, read, research, seek out and sign up for industry events, engage other Thrivers, and practice. “Rest”—yes. "I'm all done"—never.

  • Sponge: always be learning, always be hungry. Study the industry, study the market, and study niches. Be relentlessly curious. Work on becoming a better version of yourself. Start sentences with, "I wonder if…." and "How could I…". Take thousands of pages of notes. Learn daily.

  • Embrace: embrace uncertainty and discomfort. Embrace challenge and change. Embrace the rewards you get from doing and conquering hard things. Learn or earn, do both, never neither.

  • Growth Mindset: intentionally engage in activity that is not intuitive and may be uncomfortable, to actively fight against mediocrity and complacency.
