You can just picture it.
In the face of a storm, instead of running away from it, like its bovine relative, the cow, the noble bison will charge directly into the storm, minimizing the time they spend in it and the pain they suffer. The cow, in an attempt to avoid the storm, ultimately spends more time in it and as such extends its suffering.

Be the source of news and the expert for your clients and sphere.
Take advantage of the education opportunities out there (internal and external e.g. Tom Ferry Wednesday webinars).
Have commission conversations with Buyers and Sellers now. It starts like this “Has anyone taken the time…”
Gather testimonials and create specific stats for yourself around commission/sales metrics (see Thrive Marketing Hub templates).
Develop and get comfortable with your value proposition to both sellers and buyers - stack your chips.
Create videos explaining the lawsuit and your value props backed by case studies.
Study and convey your knowledge where appropriate - ex. Zillow Touring Agreement, new Fannie May & Freddie Mac guidelines like this lady did.
